General description of the van body The van is designed to transport specialised equipment and inventory. The body of the van consists of a frame made of a 2 mm thick bent steel angle profile and 2-3 mm thick square and rectangular steel pipes connected by electric welding in the middle of shielding gases. The outer skin of the frame is made of 3 mm thick TB Bond metal composite material, and the inner skin is made of 0.55 mm thick stainless steel. Thermal insulation of the passenger and technological compartments is 40 mm thick polystyrene foam of the PPSB-C-25 type. The floor of the compartment is covered with a metal platform made of corrugated aluminium sheet 3 mm thick. Entrance to the van is through the hinged door behind the van. For quick access to the equipment, automotive aluminium roller shutters D/H 1000/750 mm are installed on both sides.
Two symmetrically positioned in the front of the body The overall dimensions are H/W/D 1400/500/500, which are designed to transport one propane and one oxygen cylinder. On the inside, the niches are sheathed with a 0.5 mm stainless steel sheet and have a secure fastening for cylinders. The niches will be closed by swing doors equipped with an industrial type lock to prevent opening during movement.
