The receiving hopper is made of Hardox 450, 5 mm thick
Side walls, ceiling, floor of the bunker are made of S355J2C steel sheet, 4 mm thick
Features
  • Plinth, ceiling and side walls reinforced with profiles
  • Base cross members connected to the body subframe to support the base plate
  • The main body is connected to the vehicle chassis with appropriate technology and flexible mounting equipment so as not to cause torsion or other stresses on the chassis
  • Dirty water tank and drain hose in the front of the housing.
  • The receiving hopper is connected to the body by means of rear upper hinges and opens upwards by means of hydraulic cylinders with automatic locking
  • To ensure protection against leakage, a rubber seal is fitted between the intake hopper and the body, which is highly resistant to acids and can be easily replaced
  • The garbage loaded into the receiving hopper is compacted by a compression mechanism driven by double-acting hydraulic cylinders
  • The compaction mechanism consists of carrier slides that move linearly in rails on the sides of the hopper and a blade that moves radially at the end of the slides. This radial movement causes the hydraulic plate to rake the debris in the hopper
  • For safe operation during maintenance, there is a safety bar between the intake hopper and the body
  • Safety valve that prevents the intake hopper from moving downwards rapidly during closing
  • There is a dirty water tank under the receiving hopper
  • The ejector plate runs on the NPU 100 profiles
  • The ejector plate is resistant to acids and wear and can be easily mounted with polyamide shoes
  • The ejector plate is driven by a double-acting telescopic cylinder, which is normally located at the rear of the body when it is empty, and is automatically moved forward by a pilot control valve actuated by the waste compression plate. The compression ratio is achieved at a higher level with this technology
  • The sliding shoes are made of wear-resistant high-density rubber of a special type and can be replaced without dismantling the entire sliding system
  • Hydraulic power is provided by a hydraulic pump driven by a PTO mounted on the vehicle's gearbox. The PTO (power take-off) is controlled from inside the cab
  • The oil tank is made in accordance with the requirements of the system, has suction and return filters, a ventilation cover, a temperature indicator and a spherical valve
  • All the pipes used in the installation are seamless and made by cold rolling
  • The opening and closing of the intake hopper and the forward and backward movement of the ejector plate are controlled manually by a check valve mounted in the front of the body
  • The DIN-compliant waste bins (120 litre, 240 litre and 1100 litre capacities) can be lifted and emptied into the receiving hopper using hydraulically operated equipment
  • The waste is loaded into the receiving hopper by means of a lifting mechanism. The waste is compressed in the body by a sliding paddle mechanism operating in a sequence that can be activated at the touch of a button located on the control panel on the rear right of the body
  • The garbage is discharged by means of an ejector plate after opening the receiving hopper
The garbage truck's equipment is complete
  • Container loading mechanism
  • Receiving hopper fuse
  • Tail light for night operations
  • Driver warning signal
  • Steps and safety holders
  • Side walls of the receiving hopper
  • Dirty water tanks are located at the front of the body and in the intake hopper
